In order to use the mynexuzhealth app, you are required to register your device once. This can be done in three ways:

Code card

What do you need for this?

  • The nexuzhealth code card (optionally with a QR code - this makes the process slightly easier),
  • Your password.

After entering the required data, you can set a PIN code. Use this PIN to log into the application. You can use the same PIN for all your devices with which you log into the mynexuzhealth app.

Web / PC

What do you do?

  • Go to and log in.
  • Select App in the menu under Profile and click on Register your device. Enter the code you see on your mobile screen here.
  • After this, click on the Generate QR code button.
  • Now scan in this QR code, and you’re ready to use the app.

Don’t forget to set a PIN code so you can easily log into the mynexuzhealth app later on.


For security reasons, rooted devices that bypass the security of your mobile operating system are not allowed.

Frequently asked questions

On which devices can I use the mynexuzhealth app?

The app works on smartphones or tablets with Android 4.1 and iOS 10 or higher.

Can I use the mynexuzhealth app on multiple devices?

The app can be installed on as many devices as you want. Note that each device will use the same PIN code.

If you enter a PIN other than that on your first device when registering a second device, you will have to log into the first device with the new PIN from now on.

Can more than one of us be users on the same device?

  • Android

It depends on your device. The app itself does not support multiple users. However, you can reinstall and register as a different user on any user account in Android. You can find out how to do this in the manufacturer’s manual of your device.

In this situation you cannot consult each other's medical record.

  • iOS

Multiple patients can use the same device. Each user must then go through the registration procedure.

Can I view the medical record of several people on my device?

This is possible, but of course only with authorization from the patient(s) involved. In this situation you can also consult the medical records of other pations via your own medical record, eg. of your child, your partner. To give someone access to your file, follow the procedure explained at Accessing or obtaining a copy of a record. You can then switch between the accounts for which you have been granted access via an arrow next to your name in the app.

My PIN code has been blocked following a number of incorrect login attempts. What should I do?

Follow the steps on the screen to reset your PIN. They are the same methods as for registration, except that the method using a text message is not available in this case.

The app is requesting permission to access specific options or information on my device. Why?

Depending on the version of the operating system on your smartphone and how you register the app, the app requires access to, for example, your camera (to scan the QR code).
If you want to keep your appointments in your agenda or send documents via the Messages module, you must also grant access when the app requests this.
Do not worry, the app is safe and only uses accesses that are necessary to guarantee proper operation.
